Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public broad access to many court records through Indiana Code 5-14-3 and the Indiana Access to Court Records Rules. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. Fulton County uses Circuit and Superior Courts rather than a district court system, and the elected Clerk of Courts is the local court-records office for those courts. The Sheriff's Office handles jail custody and law-enforcement records, while MyCase and other Indiana systems handle public case search, state prison lookup, and driver-record resources. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for those offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
